So, what is it about? Sarah (played by Lizzy Caplan), who just moved in with her boyfriend, isn’t really sure about the future she is going to lead. When her boyfriend is moving to quick for her taste, she simply breaks up with him after his marriage proposal at one of his concerts. All of this is more complicated than it sounds, because her sister is engaged to the best friend of Sarah’s now ex-boyfriend. As if that wasn’t enough already, Sarah starts a relationship with a customer of her bookstore … now everything gets really tricky.
I thought the movie was really entertaining, but it definitely was a typical Caplan-film. The story has some sort of open ending, which surprisingly didn’t bother me. All in all it was fun to watch, but my most favorite character wasn’t a main character, but really Martin Starr as Andrew. Also, I want to add that the movie had an amazing soundtrack (e.g. Accidents by the The One AM Radio).
What about you? Have you heard of this film? Are there certain Indie movies you can recommend?
