A little disclaimer here, I am quite tired right now … which I will mention several times during the post. As if writing it would make me any less tired. I am rambling. This is a trailer/promo post! YAY! See for yourself which gems (or just general works consisting of moving pictures) I have found!
Movies
Finding Dory
This feels years too late, but I am still massively excited. Although I am trying to drown that excitement in order to not get disappointed if they can’t recreate the same feeling as with Finding Nemo.
Ghostbusters
You gotta admit, this looks pretty epic!
The Meddler
This could be quite sweet and funny, but it’s probably a movie I’d watch with my mum.
Nina
I don’t know if it’s just me or if there really are a ton of music biodramas out there right now. It looks good, I am not going to lie, but I guess I would have to be in the right mood again.
Louder Than Bombs
I am not sure my tired brain really grasped what all this movie is about, but it sure looks emotional and it has Jesse Eisenberg. That’s already a big plus!
Rio, I Love You
I usually quite enjoy those episode-kind-of-movies, where the fate of people somehow intertwines. I think I’ve only seen New York, I Love You from that series so far though.
Pete’s Dragon
I am majorly tired and now I sort of have forgotten if I put that into last week’s post or not. Sorry about that, the sleepiness is getting to my head. It looks interesting, but also kind of weird … not sure if it’s a good weird yet.
TV Shows
Daredevil Season 2
I should have posted that last week, but I somehow TOTALLY missed it. My bad! They are quite intense, but it took me a bit to get the feeling of the show back. I cannot wait for it to continue though.
Crowded
I’ve watched the pilot for this a while back and thought it didn’t get developed and then I was sad, but it did! It’s going to air soon. YAY!
What else did I maybe miss this week? Which of these movies or shows would you watch? Tell me all about it in the comments!
haha love the drown in excitement comment! I hope they can recapture the magic of the first one too! I’m excited for Daredevil series two too!! Great post (and get some sleep :p )

I really needed a good old nap! It was crazy. I had to get up around 5-ish on the weekend and it was exhausting hahaha

I usually have the late shift at work, closing up the shop at night, so that made it double-difficult to get up early hahaha but it’s all good. I don’t have those shifts often.

Though I was a little anxious about Finding Dory at the start, I am freely excited for it now!

Oh, I’m so looking forward to Ghostbusters! However, I’m worried about the backlash this film has gotten from people who are nostalgic about the original and hate any attempt at changing a classic film, and the sexist idiots who dislike a leading line-up of women. Hopefully when it comes out, people will really love it.
As for the other things I care about, is a Pete’s Dragon remake really necessary? And Daredevil looks freaking awesome!

I hope they’ll love it too. I think the chances are pretty good on it succeeding! It has a lot of support from the comedy industry.
I had no idea Pete’s Dragon already existed. I have to admit, it’s the first time I ever even heard of it hahaha

I think it came out in the 60’s or the 70’s. It was a cute little musical. I think this one is going for something a bit more serious though, and definitely in the modern day. Though what they’re going for exactly, I’d have to see the movie to find out.

Yeah, I didn’t exactly grasp what the main premise is to be honest. (Other than a boy getting protected or so by a dragon)

Well according to the description I just read, it’s about a forest ranger who meets a young boy who lives in the woods and who says his friend is a dragon named Elliot, whose description is remarkably similar to local legends. The forest ranger then tries to piece together the mystery of Pete’s past and whether his dragon friend is actually real. Also, it won’t be a musical.

Okay … good, I don’t like musical movies most of the time.

I’m not much of a fan of them either.

Ahhh Finding Dory! I remember watching Finding Nemo, and ugh, the feeling, the emotion, it’s just all my childhood, haha. I can’t wait for that one, and I really hope they won’t ruin it!

I really hope it will be good as well. I will be content if it’s at least a decent movie and not too terrible. It doesn’t even have to beat Finding Nemo.

I was actually surprised by how good ghostbusters looks. I wasn’t really convinced about the premise or the cast, but the trailer is hilarious.
The Meddler seems fun :D, but yeah, probably watching it with my mom, lol.
Rio, I love You… not sure about this one, but I do recognize a lot of brazilian actors, people I grew up watching on tv, so I’m curious.
Nina is not my kind of movie… =/ though it seems good, I guess.

Really, I thought it was a pretty cool idea! But then again, nothing is fixed as long as the final movie isn’t out.
I am not sure abuot Rio or Nina either … I just don’t know.
