Everyone is being super creative with tags again and I am just sitting here, still doing posts I was supposed to do months/a year ago … oh well, still many thanks to Lashaan & Trang for tagging me to do their original tag What Would That Villain Read? Villains are awesome! And they must read something too in their lairs as well, you simply cannot plan evil deeds all day long. Nope.
RULES
- Pick 5+ villains and wonder what books they are most likely to read (feel free to use Lashaan & Trang’s villains or find new ones!)
- Nominate bloggers! As many as you want!
- Have fun in the world of villainy!😀
I don’t think I will explain my choices, but we can definitely discuss them in the comments! For this tag I just assumed that all villains were softies at their heart. All the books I am choosing will be books I have read myself or that are currently on my TBR. So, here we go!
Villain #1
Villain #2
Villain #3
Villain #4
Villain #5
That’s it from my side. What do you think about my choices? I tag:
- Donna @Chocolate and Waffles
- Lois @My Midnight Musings
- EVERYONE!
As always, don’t feel obliged to do the tag if you don’t want to, but feel free – tagged or not – to take part if this seems like fun to you!
The books you chose are peeeeerfect !! I couldn’t have done a better job !

Why thank you! And to consider I jotted that down quickly so I wouldn’t miss Saving Mr Banks on TV hahaha

Thank you so much for doing this tag! I love that Moriarty is in this. Dude has villainy written on his forehead and evil running through his blood. I’ve heart about Lock & Mori (well, I’ve actually heard about book 2 more than book 1). Seems like it’s a retelling I totally need to check out. Awesome choices! 😀

Well, thanks for tagging me in the first place! I really liked Lock and Mori. They are definitely teenagers in that book and not the refined people we love and know from later times. However, reading it from Moriarty’s perspective, who’s a girl here, and to see what warped her perspective on life was fun!

I LOVE that people are considerate enough to think of me, but it is forever a curse to stay up to date with the tags.

AHHH I LOVE THIS TAG so much AHAHAHA and I love reading all the responses! I don’t know any of the villians save for the REd Queen but I’m always one for learning more about them so I’m going to check them all out! I haven’t read Heartless yet but that seems like a perfect fit AHAHAHA! Loved reading the post! 🙂

You should totally check out some of the other villains. Moriarty is Sherlock’s nemesis, Red Rising is one of my all time favourite book series, just like Doctor Who is one of my favourite TV shows (starting with the 2005 reboot) and Captain Hook … I just chose a random version of him. I am a fan of Peter Pan retellings.

Ooooh I definitely will! I have to check them all out! I’m slowly making my way (very slowly) through the BBC sherlock and I’m loving it so far! Red Rising is so high up on my TBR list (and I NEED TO WATCH DOCTOR WHO) and I love Peter Pan! 🙂
