Trailers You Might Have Missed … (Oct 2-8)

I know it’s been a bit quiet this week, but motivation is a bit low at the moment. It will come back eventually, don’t worry, but for now – here are your trailers!

Movies

Pacific Rim: Uprising

I am going to love this.

Paddington 2

I still haven’t seen the first one and I had friends who ran around in a bear costume to promote the film.

Porto

I saw Yelchin and now I am sad.

Wonder Wheel

I am not sure how Timberlake and Woody Allen fit together …

Where’s the Money?

This looks hilarious.

Roman J. Israel, Esq.

I am not sure what I think about it.

Newness

I am not sure this has a happy ending ….

The Bachelors

This is one of those rainy Sunday afternoon movies.

Crooked House

Interesting cast.

The Babysitter

This looks dumb.

Replicas

Look, I am all for Keanu but this is creepy.

TV Shows

Marvel’s the Runaways

I really didn’t want to like this because I am overwhelmed with Marvel shows (didn’t like Inhumans btw, enjoyed The Gifted), but I really want to watch this.

Future Man

So weird, but I am not against it. It totally reminds me of Armada.

Shadowhunters (Season 3)

This has like zero to do with the books by now.

Beyond (Season 2)

I kind of still haven’t finished the first season.

Are you going to watch any of these? Let’s chat!

  1. Ohh I didn’t know the Runaways’ trailer had come out already! I’m looking forward to that one. I’m also ridiculously excited about Paddington 2 hahaha. I loved the first one, though I am a bit bummed about how much they showed in the trailer. It felt like they showed the entire movie :/

  2. Thoughts:
    1. Pacific Rim: Uprising – I’m in. It looks absolutely awesome!
    2. Crooked House – From the name, I thought it was a horror movie related to the Conjuring movies. Even so, I think I’d check it out. Makes me wonder though, is Agatha Christie getting a renaissance like Stephen King is at the movies?
    3. The Babysitter – This actually looks good to me. Much better than that comedic take on The Omen.
    4. The Runaways – Ooh, I’ve been waiting for this.

  3. haha I just love that you had friends that ran around in bear costumes to promote paddington- that sounds like a fun job (assuming it was a job 😉 ) Where’s the money does look funny! I can see traces of the books in Shadowhunters- but no, it doesn’t look much like it’s sticking to the original story.
