I don’t really have any life updates to go with this post, other than the fact that I am devastated that A Discovery of Witches is already over but also euphoric that Season 2 and 3 have been confirmed and all of that even before the US release of the show! Anyway, I am just going to dive right into the trailers. I feel like there are some really interesting candidates in there this week!
Movies
Isn’t It Romantic
Not gonna lie, I think this looks hilarious! Also, calling it – she’s going to end up with Adam Devine’s character in the end!
Head Full of Honey
Brace for emotions!
This is actually a remake of a German movie and to me, it looks like they frame for frame shot the same thing. I just know that Till Schweiger was very involved in this and didn’t let them change much about the script, but I still hope they left some of the sillier stuff out.
Five Feet Apart
I am very torn about how to feel about this movie. Shining a light on CF is good, Just Baldoni directed it and he is a great guy, but … this has such TFIOS vibes?
Boy Erased
This movie is going to kill me.
Ophelia
It’s Hamlet from Ophelia’s POV!
Spies in Disguise
Okay, it looked so cool in the beginning and then THAT TWIST??
The Christmas Chronicles
I reminds me of the Santa Clause somehow but I love it.
Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral
This is the last Madea movie, but can you believe Perry played her for about 20 years now?
Dogs
Documentary of the week, because I love doggos.
TV Shows
Friends From College (Season 2)
I enjoyed the first season far more than I expected, so this is going to be interesting.
True Detective (Season 3)
I am not really a True Detective girl, so I can’t comment on the content, but the casting is always on point.
The Hookup Plan
Not exactly anything about the trailer, but this reminded me that Netflix is opening a headquarter in Paris but still doesn’t have one in Berlin or a German speaking country to begin with.
Vai Anitta
I think it’s interesting how some people are true icons in one part of the world and completely unknown in others.

Didn’t know about Five Feet Apart and Ophelia, they look good. Cheers

Head Full of Honey wasn’t a good movie in Germany I must admit, but the trailer for this one looks great haha

So I’m finally here to catch up on these trailers I missed before and this is a FANTASTIC trailer post ahhh so many good looking things.
Isn’t it Romantic: okay so I laughed out loud when I saw that trailer haha and that music during the trailer, I love it and oh my god I need to watch this movie because I am TOTALLY ON BOARD with that haha.
Five Feet Apart also gives me some TFIOS vibes, really. That definitely is a crying kind of movie. I’m not ready for it. Going back to Isn’t It Romantic and its laughing feelings right now, I’m sad. They look cute but this makes me sad already, too.
Boy Erased: that looks damn intense wow.
Spies in Disguise: OH MY GOD THAT TWIST??????? I did not see that coming oh my god. I want to watch this this looks so much fun hahahhahaa.
The Christmas Chronicles: this looks adorable, need to put this on my christmassy movie list to watch haha, it sounds fun. Netflix really is fond of Christmas movies right now haha 😀

THANK YOU! I knew those were good trailers, so I really don’t get why that specific post bombed the way it did haha
I adore the look of Isn’t It Romantic. It’s so funny and reminiscent of old-timey (if you call 80s to early 2000s that) romcoms. But yeah, Five Feet Apart will destroy some feels.I watched a reaction video from someone who has CF and he was really on board with it.

I’m 100% into that trend of old-timey romcoms making their comeback. I LOVE THESE SO MUCH.
