My WIP in Gifs Tag! (again)

I already did this tag a while ago for Arcadia (it was originally created by Michelle @The Writing Hufflepuff) and I had so much with it, that I now really want to dive into it for the #witchyWIP! I was always fascinated with witches, but being surrounded by such a witch comeback on TV, I just feel so motivated to work on it. I hope you’ll enjoy reading the post as much as I enjoyed working on it!

πŸ’›Β Thank the person who tagged you
πŸ’›Β Credit the creator of this tag (Michelle!) and link back toΒ this postΒ so she can find out aaaall about your WIPs!
πŸ’›Β Try to limit the amount of gifs you use per question – I’d say maybe stick to five or less but I’m not the boss of you

Sum up your WIP in 4 gifs!

I hope this will make sense eventually but I am not even through planning the story at the moment.

Time to introduce your main characters!

That girl has the patience of a saint, but if anyone comes for Josh, she’s not going to hesitate for a second to get into a fight!

Josh has a heart of gold and can charm the pants off of pretty much anyone. It’s hard not to swoon for him (but that’s just my opinion)

Rosalie loves her children with the fierceness of a thousand suns … sometimes she goes to far though.

This is on point Mira ever since she laid eyes on August.

None of you (not even the Google Doc people) have met Matthew yet, but this will make more sense once he shows up … in the future … at some point

How would your main character react in a crisis?

August is the Queen of Crisis! I am pretty sure she’d be calm and collected with a plan already forming in the back of her mind.

If you were to meet your main characters, how would you react?

Nothing can get me near those folks, but I’d be there watching from a distant, all giddy inside!

And if you were to meet your antagonist?

I’d be out of there so fast and I don’t even have a specific antagonist in mind right now.

Is there any romance in your WIP? How would you sum it up in gifs?

I don’t want to give anything away on this one. You can guess for yourself what this romance is and who it is about. I’d love to hear your theories and may even be willing to tell you if you are right!

How do other characters feel about this ship?

They are generally not too happy …

How do you want people to react to reading your WIP?

Since I already did this tag and nominated a couple of friends to do it, I just want everyone to have the opportunity to take part now! So, if you are a writer and want to tell us about your WIP, consider yourself tagged!!

What are your thoughts on the #witchyWIP? I shared some snippets of it during the Rising Author Tag if you want to know more. Tell me all about it in the comments!

Sorry. I kind of had to scream about this hahaha. I love your choices though, especially the last two GIFs summing up your story, that’s so intriguing and heartbreaking all at once. I really can’t wait to read more and more of your WIP πŸ˜€ ❀

  2. I love all your gifs for this tag Kat! πŸ˜€ I also love seeing other people talk about their WIPs in writing tags. I have this on my list of tags still to get through so I’ll have to find gifs for my own WIP at some point and actually get around to posting it.
The gif you picked for Mirabella is kind of how I feel about my own characters (despite the fact I’m the one putting them through a lot (a lot a lot) of pain). Also yeah if I ever met my characters I’d spy on them too, from a very safe distance though. πŸ˜€
Great post, I loved reading all your answers and based on these gifs you’r WIP is going to be incredible. πŸ™‚ ❀

    • Thank you so much, Beth! I am glad you enjoyed the post. It takes forever to find gifs, especially when you aren’t 100% sure what you are looking for haha but I am sure you will do great! Can’t wait to see how you’ll answer the questions ❀
I feel so protective over my characters but at the same time, I do such terrible things to them haha it's a paradox.
I hope the actual WIP will live up to what the gifs have created in terms of expectation!

  3. Ahhhh Kat I am absolutely in love with this! I love the idea of you spying on your characters haha. I’m just imagining you following them from a distance while snacking on some popcorn, cheering them on. Also I’m a bit afraid of Matthew now?? WHAT DOES THAT GIF MEAN KAT

  4. Hi Kat πŸ™‚
I am glad to hear more about your WIP! August sounds like the kind of strong female MC that I like πŸ™‚ Hope writing is going well! Is this one going up on Wattpad as well?!

  5. Your #witchyWIP sounds really intense and amazing! πŸ˜€ I love witches, so any story that is focused on them intrigues me. (I even have an idea for a witchy story of my own.) Great post Kat! πŸ™‚

  6. Oh this tag looks so fun! I can think of some gifs to use for my WIP that I haven’t even started writing yet. XD But when I have more time to work on it and I’m ready to blog more about it I’ll definitely have to do this tag! πŸ˜€
Oh and speaking of tags, I tagged you…again. XD This time for the 12 Days of Christmas Tag! πŸ™‚

  7. I have to check the Google Docs because I haven’t in a while, I wonder how much more you’ve updated it since I last checked 😦
All this sounds so exciting though, especially the ship, you made me want to guess and those gifs are perfect! ❀ It also sounds like a forbidden love trope happening there with everyone disliking the pair, I want to see it, I NEED it.
I love the post and you made some amazing choices with the gifs! ❀
    LOVE IT!

    • There’s probably some more on the Google Doc but not as much as you might think haha but I am really looking forward to your comments on it πŸ™‚
Yeeeeah, the love is not exactly appreciated by the others in the novel haha I really hope to get to write more soon and get to that part of the story. I am probably going to try the changing of the font to Comic Sans that a lot of writers have recommended on Twitter.
