Oh wow, February went by real quick (if you want to know more about what happened last month, read my wrap-up post here) but on to March we go. I am looking forward to a lot of movies this month, but let’s see what else this year has in store for us!
Movies
Pokémon Detective Pikachu
This is going to be one of the strangest movie out there and I am so ready for it!
Dark Phoenix
SPOILER filled trailer! Proceed with caution. The new X-Men movies are kind of a mess (We are in the 90s now and literally no one has aged since the 60s First Class movie), but I love mutants and I am excited to see it.
Hellboy
I am into it.
Stockholm
So THIS is how the term Stockholm Syndrome got coined.
The Man Who Killed Don Quixote
There was controversy around this movie but I have forgotten what it was. I just know it already had a limited release in some places.
Finding Steve McQueen
I swear I barely recognised Travis now that he isn’t in his Ragnar get up.
TV Shows
The OA (Part II)
The creators of the show said not to watch it and it really is full of spoilers, so beware of that! Other than that – YAS! March 22 can’t be here soon enough.
The Village
Is this the show that Brooke left Greenhouse Academy for!?
When They See Us
Ava DuVernay doing the great work again.
Turn Up Charlie
Sure, why not. Idris is a DJ in real life too.
Osmosis
I AM READY FOR ALL THE FRENCH NETFLIX CONTENT!
The Code
This just reminds me of my childhood watching JAG.
90210 (Revival)
Who else had no idea this was happening?? I don’t know … at this point, I’d rather have them revive the CW version.
What are you watching? Did anything on this post catch your eye? Let’s talk about that!
I can not believe they are reviving 90210 again!
The Pokemon movie will either be a total bust or it will be amazing. I can’t wait to see it!

I think this time it’s only a 6-part-mini series, so it won’t go on for season or anything like that, but I still don’t think a 90210 reunion was necessary.

Thoughts:
1. Detective Pikachu: Yeah, I’m in at this point. I’ve already made plans with my sister and her boyfriend to see it.
2. Dark Phoenix: I’ll still see it. Even if it is J-Law’s excuse to exit the franchise (hopefully to be in a Stephen King movie).
3. Hellboy: I’m in.
4. Stockholm: On the fence.I’ll think about it.
5. The Man Who Killed Don Quixote: My only comment is that I saw the ballet of Don Quixote with my mom last night, and it was fun.
As for what I’m watching, I’m cycling through a ton of anime online. I haven’t watched too many series lately, so it’s nice to watch some these days, especially a few I’ve heard a lot about.

I am glad JLaw won’t be in any further X-Men movies. I did not like her as Mystique at all.

I just don’t like how the franchise has handled Mystique since X-3.

Do you mean Last Stand? Well that never happened now anyway haha

It’s more of a limited mini series. It won’t run regularly again, but like 6 episodes or something.
