I think we’ve established by now that I’m currently lacking a bit of blogging and reading inspiration, but I still got you covered on the TV and movie front! Let’s check out the latest trailers. There’s definitely better stuff in terms of shows than movies ahead.
Standard Liam Neeson movie from where I’m standing.
Looks heavy but well made.
No, thank you. I don’t need to be scared of the cellar.
Green Ghost and the Masters of the Stone
Well … it doesn’t look good.
A Cowgirl’s Song
It’s the mean girl from Julie and the Phantoms.
I just shared this, because it’s Gaspar Noé.
The trailer looks really fun, but out of all the Marvel comics I own, I have the most about Ms. Marvel. And … they COMPLETELY changed her powers. She has some cosmic energy stuff now, when her comic powers resembled those of Mr Fantastic. With the Fantastic Four potentially entering the MCU by the end of Phase 4, I get why they would want her to do something different BUT they already have plenty of people with the same powers! (Iron Man/War Machine, Cap/Bucky, Hawkeye/Kate, Nat/Yelena, …) I wish they had let her keep her powers and not made it into some green lantern stuff. I’m still looking forward to it!
It looks SO cute!
The Time Traveler’s Wife
I think, since this is a mini-series, they can pack in more than the movie did. I liked the Eric Bana movie though and the book also.
Swimming With Sharks
Not sure I’m feeling Kiernan in this role.
I Love That For You
I’ve heard that storyline before, but it can be pulled off.
Anatomy of a Scandal
I mentioned this in my Book to Screen Adaptations post for 2022.
I’m so over Ansel Elgort.
No idea how to feel about it.
Bridgerton (Season 2)
They’re really promoting a love triangle where there isn’t really one, but ONLY 5 MORE DAYS!
The Flight Attendant (Season 2)
I need to watch this at some point.
Barry (Season 3)
Elite (Season 5 Date Announcement)
(Debatably) Fun fact: I still haven’t finished season 4. It just doesn’t hold my attention the same way the earlier seasons used to. In my opinion, the Spanish shows sometimes don’t know when to quit it.
