Birthday Haul & 700 Follower Giveaway

Hello lovely people out there! As you may have noticed, IT’S MY BIRTHDAY! And I simply have to share the excitement.

Look at all the amazing things I received today and that’s not even all. I finally have the Raven Cycle and The Girl from Everywhere, but there is still a mystery book on it’s way to me! Also, HAMILTON! Now I can just listen to it all day, every day, even in the car. Furthermore, I received tickets for Luke Mockridge, one of my favourite comedians out there. Have any of you ever heard from him? All of it was wrapped in flamingo wrapping paper (as can be seen in the background). My parents know me so well and they are some of the best people out there (and crazy too, because that was all way more than I deserved!).

Thanks to the amazing help of some of you people (I hope you know who you are! I love you for all your support) we have managed to get 700 Followers even before my birthday today. I want to keep this really short and simple. I believe that birthdays are there to not only celebrate yourself, but also to celebrate the people in your life and the blogging community is a huge part of mine. Therefore I want to do at least a little something and host a giveaway.

Here’s how it goes:

  • I am giving away ONE book up to 15 Euros. The giveaway is international, as long as Book Depository ships to you!
  • You have to be 18+ or have the permission of your parents to give me details such as your full name and address. None of the information will be shared publicly!
  • The giveaway starts today (3rd of August) and ends on 3rd of September (12 AM)
  • The winner will be chosen randomly and will be contacted via mail and has to answer within 48 hours or I will choose someone else.
  • Have fun!

(Provisional) August 2016 TBR

August TBR

You may be wondering about the title of this post … or maybe not? I don’t know, you could be thinking that my indecisiveness is totally normal, which it technically is, but I am rambling. My point being that I do not have a fixed TBR for this month, because my birthday is in two days and I am not 100% sure what I am going to get in terms of books and therefore that could change EVERYTHING. Before I stop making even less sense, here’s what I provisionally had in mind:

  • This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab
I am so in love with the quiet excitement of this book. I am knee-deep into it all and my poor baby August isn’t fairing so well. As you could probably already guess, I won’t need much longer for this book now that I am so pumped about what’s going on.
  • Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany, Jack Thorne
Mentioned it quite a lot, but I have not read any of the Potter books … I have seen the movies and know that that’s not the same, but I still like the world. So we will see how this script will fare with me.
  • Gone Wild by Jodi Lundgren
I don’t really have anything to say about this book yet. It’s an eArc Cátia and I are going to read together. It looks promising, but we will see how it is when we get to it.
  • Player by M.L. Sparrow
Yep, I am going to dabble my feet in NA again, which is like my only contribution to NA August, but whatever. Small steps!
  • All the birthday books?

This Savage Song (Monsters of Verity, #1)  Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Harry Potter, #8)  Gone Wild  Player
